These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") govern the access to and use of the 4777sz platform, accessible at https://4777sz.cam (hereinafter "Platform", "Website" or "4777sz"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any other persons who access or use the services offered through the Platform.
4777sz is an online casino and sports betting information platform operated under an international licensing framework. 4777sz does not hold or claim any gambling license issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. By accessing the Platform, users acknowledge this fact and accept full responsibility for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the user and 4777sz.

Online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 of Pakistan. 4777sz does not claim to be licensed, authorised or regulated by any Pakistani governmental authority. Registration and use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or the user's country of residence. 4777sz employs age verification procedures as part of its KYC process. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended, all funds will be retained pending investigation and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, 4777sz reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or historical bonuses and withhold funds pending investigation.

To create an account, Users must provide accurate, complete and current information including — but not limited to — their full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
4777sz operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Users may be required to submit identity documentation at any point — including prior to making a first withdrawal, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds or as part of a routine compliance review. Accepted documents for Pakistani users typically include:
Documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. Users must never submit identity documents via unsecured channels, including unencrypted email, WhatsApp or Telegram, unless explicitly directed to do so through a verified operator communication. Falsifying, altering or obscuring any document submitted for verification constitutes fraud.
4777sz reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account approval is at the sole discretion of 4777sz. Submission of a registration form does not constitute a guarantee of account approval.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials, including username and password. Users must not share their login details with any third party. Any activity that occurs under a User's account is deemed to have been authorised by that User unless the User has notified 4777sz of unauthorised access immediately upon becoming aware of it.
4777sz will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 4777sz that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team.
Users may fund their accounts using the payment methods available in the Platform's cashier at the time of deposit. Available methods, minimum deposit amounts and processing times are subject to change without notice. 4777sz does not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific payment method.
Payment methods referenced as familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual references only. 4777sz makes no representation that these providers permit, endorse or facilitate gambling-related transactions. Users are responsible for verifying the applicable terms and policies of their chosen payment provider independently.
Withdrawals are subject to the completion of applicable KYC verification. The name on a User's account must match the name associated with the withdrawal method. 4777sz does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing durations are estimates only and may be affected by compliance reviews, payment provider policies or system maintenance periods.
Account balances may be maintained and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other supported currencies as indicated in the cashier. Currency conversion, where applicable, will be applied at the rate determined by the Platform at the time of the transaction.
Deposits from third-party payment sources — i.e. accounts or cards not registered in the User's own name — are strictly prohibited. Any funds identified as originating from a third party may be confiscated and the account suspended pending investigation.
All promotional offers made available through the Platform are subject to specific bonus terms and conditions, which are published separately for each offer. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to the offer in question.
Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount or the combined deposit and bonus amount, as specified in the relevant offer terms. For illustrative purposes: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement would require PKR 1,00,000 in total qualifying bets before any bonus-derived funds could be withdrawn.
The following restrictions apply to all bonus offers unless otherwise specified:
Any attempt to exploit, manipulate or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to complete rollover requirements with minimal risk — constitutes bonus abuse. 4777sz reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. Ignorance of game rules does not entitle a User to a refund or reversal of settled bets.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or disconnection during gameplay, 4777sz reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to the User's account. Any winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable software error will be deemed void regardless of whether they have been credited to the User's account.
All random number generators (RNGs) used in Platform games are subject to testing and certification by independent technical testing laboratories as required under the Platform's applicable licensing framework. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual gaming session.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of 4777sz or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of 4777sz.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit the reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, commercial exploitation or creation of derivative works based on any Platform content without the prior written consent of 4777sz.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4777sz, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with:
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, 4777sz's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by law.
The Platform is not intended for use in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law. It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before doing so.
The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 of Pakistan restricts gambling activities. 4777sz does not claim to be licensed, regulated or authorised by any Pakistani governmental authority, including the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial body. Users in Pakistan access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. 4777sz reserves the right to block access to the Platform from any jurisdiction at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that continued access may give rise to legal or regulatory risk.
Users may close their account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, the User must withdraw any eligible Real Money Balance from their account. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.
4777sz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon account termination, all Bonus Funds will be immediately forfeited. Eligible Real Money Balances will be returned to the User following completion of any outstanding compliance reviews, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to 4777sz.
In the event of a dispute regarding any aspect of the Platform's services, Users are encouraged to first contact the 4777sz support team at [email protected] with full details of the complaint. 4777sz will acknowledge receipt of the complaint and aim to provide a substantive response within a reasonable timeframe.
Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team, Users may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism available under the Platform's applicable licensing framework. Details of the applicable escalation procedure will be provided upon request.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 4777sz holds its operating license. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of the User's country of residence.
4777sz reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided to registered Users via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a User does not agree to the amended Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may close their account in accordance with Section 15.1.
